We take orders between the 2nd and 28th of every month, which will create an order to be shipped out between the 7th and 10th of the month following. You will be charged straight away during your first transaction. Monthly subscriptions renew every month on the 1st. 3 month subscriptions renew every 3 months on the 1st of the month, 6 month subscriptions renew every 6 months. All subscriptions can be amended and cancelled really easily by loggin into your account.

Each month will vary slightly, but in general you will receive 3-4 packs of loose leaf teas, a range of tea bags filled with tea from British brands as samples and up to 3 tea time treats (depending on their size) All enough to provide at least 30 cups of tea.

We deliver via Royal Mail Business Priority every month. Deliveries are £4.50 as an international flat rate and take between 5 and 14 days- sometimes much sooner! Royal Mail deliver to over 200 countries around the world. As we are exporting tea and snack items you should get in touch if you have any concerns about customs regulations in your country before placing your order.

As a company, we have been sending out gift boxes from the UK for almost 2 years. You need to be aware that in very rare cases, shipments can take up to 4 weeks due to transit delays and possible customs. In our experience this happens to approximately 4% of all monthly shipments.

We know that customs charges for our customers are also far and few between, but as an international delivery, this can occur and we cannot be responsible or liable for any potential customs or duty charges when the package reaches your home country.

We have also found that there are many people all over the world who relish their tea time just as much as us, and we can't wait to share the very best teas and treats with you.

When you first sign up you will receive an email with information about your subscription, and a link to access your account with the email and password used during checkout. From here you can update your contact and delivery info, view subscription details, change product and cancel your subscription.
